1. 數位商品性質

TwinLoopBattle Pro 授權屬於「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」，一旦完成購買並於帳號中啟用功能，原則上不予退費。

2. 例外情況

若發生以下情況，您可以聯繫我們或透過應用程式商店申請退款：

重複扣款或訂單錯誤。
技術問題導致完全無法解鎖功能，且我們無法在 72 小時內修復。

3. 聯繫方式

所有支付相關問題均由應用程式商店 (App Store / Google Play) 處理。您也可以透過遊戲內的「聯繫支援」按鈕與我們聯繫。

Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

TwinLoopBattle Pro licenses are digital content provided via non-tangible media. Once the feature is activated on your account, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Exceptions

You may contact us or the respective app store for a refund if:

There was a duplicate charge or order error.
A technical issue prevents feature unlocking and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
