1. 數位商品性質

TwinLoopBattle Pro 授權屬於「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」，一旦完成購買並於帳號中啟用功能，原則上不予退費。

2. 例外情況

若發生以下情況，您可以透過 Paddle 聯繫我們申請退款：

重複扣款或訂單錯誤。
技術問題導致完全無法解鎖功能，且我們無法在 72 小時內修復。

3. 聯繫方式

所有支付相關問題均由 Paddle 處理。您也可以透過遊戲內的「聯繫支援」按鈕與我們聯繫。

Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

TwinLoopBattle Pro licenses are digital content provided via non-tangible media. Once the feature is activated on your account, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Exceptions

You may contact us via Paddle for a refund if:

There was a duplicate charge or order error.
A technical issue prevents feature unlocking and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
